A lifelong athlete, Jon has played collegiate Football and Rugby. He also enjoys skiing, mountain biking and golf. The years of training and rehabbing from sports associated injuries have given him a solid foundation of body mechanics and function. Jon has been a trainer for over 30 years.
Can train a wide range of clientele. Has trained individuals as young as 16 and as old as 80. From first timers to amateur and professional athletes.
